Shipping and returns

1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices in the online store are stated in NOK.

With us you can pay both by invoice and card via Klarna Checkout. Fast, safe and easy.

Conditions for deferred payment of invoices can be found at checkout.

You can also pay with Vipps.

2. SHIPPING

The prices of our shipping is calculated from the weight of the products and we offer free shipping on orders over 2000 NOK.

Most orders are on their way to you within xx business days of ordering.

You also have the option to choose a delivery address other than your private address.

Always check the goods when you receive them. If the goods are damaged during transport, this must be reported to the delivery point on the same day the goods are received.

Packages that are not picked up and are returned to us will be charged for the costs incurred. Up to 500,-

3. RETURN

You always have a 14-day full right of return when you shop with us. You are free to change your mind.

The cancellation period starts from the day you receive the product. Always keep the original packaging until you have decided to keep the product.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you are responsible for the shipping costs. Fill out the enclosed cancellation form and send the package to:

4. COMPLAINT

Are your items damaged? Please take a picture and send us an email, and we will help you.

This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.

A complaint must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the item.

We will refund reasonable shipping costs that you may incur in connection with returning the item, when the complaint is justified.

When you want to complain about a product, always contact us by email before sending the item.

In the case of transport damage, the deadline in point 2 applies. The damage must be reported on the same day the goods are received.
